Design studio work, an exchange abroad, and venture development shaped the method I use across every area I work in. I diagnose first, using tools like design research and root-cause analysis. From there, I build what's missing, like a product system, an operational process, or a business model. Once it's built, I validate it with data, working through the business case with analytics, from continuous improvement to creative initiatives.
