Situation

A multi-sector APSYS maturity evaluation needed preparation and sustained tracking across a wide group of managers, with accountability lagging in places.

Role

Preparation and coordination lead for the evaluation.

What was done

Forecasted targets for the end-of-year evaluation, coordinated required elements across each manager's sector, maintained monthly follow-ups, recorded status and progress, and pushed for renewed engagement where it fell behind.

Result

Maturity score moved from 0.64 to 1.09 over five months, against a twelve-month target of 1.91, across 7 of 11 EPU managers.
