F104 Robot Production Launch

Situation

A new robot needed to reach full production readiness on a tight timeline, with dependencies across tooling, programming resources, and network stability.

Role

Cross-functional facilitation across the teams involved in the launch, and anticipation of the capacity to reach target.

What was done

Aligned requirements across teams, resolved blockers as they surfaced, tracked progress against production targets, and reported progression to direction level.

Result

First production objective (a full 40-hour shift transferred onto the machine) fully met. Second objective (full night-shift transfer) underway at handoff, with 50 of 214 programs (40-hour shift) transferred by that point.
